I’m working as a service delivery engineer. My job is to connect customers to super fast fibre broadband. I’m fixing faults as well.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

To become a Openreach engineer I have to learn many new skills and improve those that I already have. Working safely is most important thing that why I have to learn many different ways to work safe and go back home safely.

Program is really good in every aspect. Staff and assessor is very helpful.

I receive a lot of support from Openreach. Everything I asked for have been done.
