Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I support the relationship manager in meetings by making notes and uploading them to the correct platform, contacting customers and doing tasks for them. I also complete a learning plan. I have been developing relationships with a wider range of colleagues to build my network.

I enjoy my programme to a great extent.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am learning how to network more. I have debeloped my CPCs (trusted advisor, connected, change ready, improver innovator and critical thinker) I am also developing my skills on how to use the different platforms the bank has.

I recieve support daily - from different people within my team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good amount of support - I have had a couple of meetings, exchanged a few emails and have received all of the information needed to complete my learning plan.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that my qualification is helping me to perform better as I have more background knowledge on the bank and what brings it together.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
