Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Overall I had to sit and complete assigned training modules, respond to emails about request and queries from clients and other employees, attend meetings and seek out task and exposure from permanent employees to increase my learning and understanding of TTS and Citibank

I would have loved to have been assigned more tasks and responsibility so that I felt more challenged.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I enjoyed my placement a lot because it opened my eyes to the world of the work place and how banks function ad operate however I would have liked more role specific training and to be assigned more important tasks.
