Very organised, alot of notice is given to tasks you have to do on your apprenticeship days.

10/10 support is given to me by my fellow colleagues, assessor and manager. Everyone understands that they were once in your trainee position and remain humble enough to help.

Steve supports us very well by making us send drafts of work to him so that he can browse over it and let us know about any mistakes or things we can add in.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It certainly gives me a better understanding of the whole telecoms network and makes me feel alot more confident.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
As far as I know so far, not much but Covid has played a strong part against those type of things happening. Hopefully in the future I can participate in some events.
