To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Loving it! My placement manager is great and already stretching me giving me more responsibility, everyone I've had meetings with are very welcoming and helpful. Mentor/sponsor is great, asking questions to push me on how to improve and about my overall satisfaction of the apprenticeship

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Confident writing both internal and external emails. Learned the different things that get impacted when changing something on a road network

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Very well organised, however at the start was slightly confusing due to working from home and not meeting the different roles face-to-face, but within a few weeks I had it all figured out
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Incredible amount of support, from placement manager/team no matter when or what I ask they respond quickly to help me. MEntor/sponsor check-ins regularly for mental health, overall well-being. Abundance of mental health awareness/support from the GAC(graduate and apprentice committee)
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Not yet started with them however have already received a presentation from them regarding what needs to be done.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It would help greatly however at this moment I don't know since I have not started with the training provider, lot's of the knowledge I would be learning on this course however would be applicable to the day-to-day work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are social events/ coffee roulette where you meet someone new every week for a coffee (virtual coffee), I am not sure about sporting activites this is something I would really like to look into and find more about.
