The supply of fibre cabling and connection to a customers dwelling, this can be from several sources, for example installing a drop wire from a pole to a facia or soffit and then fitting the cable to the outside box, and installing an 'inside out' cable from within an then connecting the fitting
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Because the role is brand new and challenging it is by nature an enjoyable experience, there is constant focus upon the upcoming tasks and these have come in may forms.
The future training modules are greatly anticipated, the role is growing week by week with constant recaps in to training areas already covered.

There have been many classes to introduce myself to the the experience of the job role.
A considerable amount of time and investment has been provided by the company in order to explain the roles in which I will be expected to perform.

Frankly I have been astonished by the organisational skills of this company, from the widespread recruitment drive and challenges of conducting interviews in this challenging time, to the structured time frame needed to complete set goals and objectives to meet requirements.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is an incredible amount of support on offer from various sources, these have been highlighted repeatedly and are very easy to contact.
A great focus has been put upon the need of easy access to the support network, which is a very encouraging sign in the times we are all facing.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

there is a tremendous amount of support provided from the trainers at the centre, all are introduced by first and last names and phone numbers are provided for support through out the training time and after training has finished

The training given within this role is imperative in order to perform at the required standards, the tutors are able to give their own tips and hints at how to up your own performance on a daily basis.

As a very new inductee, this is not currently a question that I am able to answer with full disclosure.
There are many employees that have an active social life (when allowed by regulations) and inclusion to these should be as easy as asking 'is it ok if I join in'

Simply put, if this is their first job in the big wide world, they have been very fortunate.
Should it be a follow on job; the level of commitment from the employer will astonish, as will the very wide range of care and attention that is put in to the employee.
