Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
On a day to day basis I help to repair and maintain the telecommunications network
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The programme was very enjoyable, learning along the way instead of having to sit in a classroom to learn and then being expected to know everything. I enjoyed leaning the basics and then building my knowledge by doing the job.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt lots of new skills, as I had not worked in the telecoms industry before, however I have previously had practical hands on jobs.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is very well structured and really easy to follow.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive lots of support. If i am ever in need of help there is always a colleugue available to help out or even offer assistance over the phone.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I recieved the support i required. due to covid things were a little more difficult as all of the programme was completed online via teams meetings and email so responses took a little longer than if it was face to face in a classroom.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that the qualification I have completed has been beneficial too me as i have had to go back over tasks that I dont carry out as regularly as other to refresh my memory, and i have saved the information when i had found it for future reference.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
