Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Various workshops advising on application processes and improving commercial awareness. Various insights into the varying routes into law, with the opportunity to ask questions to senior and junior members of the firm. Top tips from an establishes legal firm on moving forward and tackling hurdles such as imposter syndrome.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Truly engaging and insightful to listen to various speakers and their differing routes into law. As well as the workshop regarding the SQE, which developed my understanding about the adapting routes into qualifying as a solicitor.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The programme due to Covid-19 was run virtually, that being said it was pleasant to see various cultures represented from within the firm. The atmosphere was comfortable, instantly ceased any nerves.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
To a greatly large extend I enjoyed the insight programme, the staff were very considerate and attentive, instantly ceased any nerves. The speakers were collectively engaging and furthered the comfortable atmosphere.
