Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
My daily role is the project manage key campaigns and projects for the whole group, and as a result required to provide data and report on the return on our investments, campaign outcomes and key metrics on our channels.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy my programme and the programme learning. It is a good mix of self and directed learning

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt how to better use Excel, with far more tools that I previously knew. I also have gained exposure to PowerBI which was completely new to me, and a huge benefit to my professional experience.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is well structured and organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
We are supported but there is a lot of personal ownership to take the 8 hours a week learning time, so you have to be clear to take the time. Overall I think the business see the value in my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a lot of support from my tutor, but I think we would benefit if he has fewer students and a bit more time to give each student.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel it helps me perform well in my role. I feel more confident in reading data and telling a story about the data, and using new tools to understand and visualise the data.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
No but I know there are options
