Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working as a customer service advisor we talk to many customers daily over the phone, helping them with any requests and there banking. We help customers of all ages and we try and provide the best service possible to give our customers the best customer service experience.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my Apprentiship because I have met loads of new people and gained lots of new friends. Also I feel It has helped me grow as a person.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I feel working for Santander has improved my communication skills and my listening skills and I feel this will help me a lot for my future.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel that the Apprentiship is well organised and we get given good amounts of time to complete any work needed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive a lot of support and get given time to complete any Apprentiship work. Also we have meetings over the phone to help get us through the Apprentiship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel we receive quite a lot of support and that has helped me through my Apprentiship.

There are lots of different things to get involved with however because or covid we haven’t been able to get involved with anything at the moment.
