Leadership of multiple projects and multiple teams within Pharmaceutical setting. Geographically dispersed teams working across multiple time zones.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the programme especially the different methods used to deliver content and also the group work.

I have learnt a great deal so far an looking forward to learning more. I have a greater understanding of self awareness and how i impact my surroundings.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The overall organisation is very good whilst there is always small areas to improve. I can see the team are making efforts to constantly evolve.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great deal of support from my employer in order to be able to participate in the course and also have the working capacity to be able to complete the activities. I wouldn't be able to do it without the support. Also the support my line manager has provided to help me develop is key.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We receive an adequate amount of support. We are allocated a dedicated person to speak to regarding anything on the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it will help to build upon on the foundations already present and elevate us to become more well rounded leaders. The training and information we have received in short space of time has added value to my working life as a leader and i look forward to learning more. Learning about greater self awareness alone has helped me.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is professional reading that can be done in addition to the course and there a study groups. We are also promoted to meeting internally to reflect

It is an employer which cares about its employees and realises the value of investing in the talent to deliver high performance and results.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AstraZeneca?
Go for it. You wont regret it. The process is straight forward in my experience. Screening, interview, offer and hire.
