Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Within my role i perform vital admin duties uploading onto databases and creating and reporting on surveys and maintain the social media for my organisation. I also provide updates to the website aong with other campaigns in place throughout the year.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme lots. I got the opportunity to go on a residential to snowdonia and had 1 on 1 support throughout.

As i came here straight from secondary education i learnt a huge amount in the workplace building skills in numerous areas including my software and literacy skills.

The training provider offered so much support including a wellbeing pathway which i thought was very useful and supportive.

my role responsibilities and productivity has increased as a result. I can cope with a larger work load leading to more responsibility leading to bigger benifits.

The workplace are very active and we take place in an annual activity (the foray challenge) helping combat wellbeing and mental health through activities and excersize.

Why?

They're fantastic and have helped my career tremendously. The exposure and knowledge gained from this is unmeasurable and i continuously encourage others to embark on these opportunities.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Crosby Management Training Ltd?

To fully utilise all aspects they offer. whether this is the wellbeing pathway or residential. The residential is such an amazing opportunity which is difficult to find in a training provider however i strongly encourage they take part as it helps build confidence along with connections and their KSBs.
