When i first started my level 5, i was very apprehensive. Since [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has taken over my learning, i have developed a great number of skills and improved others. Excellent teaching from my learner. Would highly recommended

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have found my programme very interesting. I have learnt new things. It has taught my academically as well as things to put in to practice.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Several, I feel, when managing, i am able to use all new skills. I have learnt, in depth, about legislation, policies and proactively incorporate them in to my work.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Good - using BUD online allows me to view how my programme is set out and what i have completed as well as the dates.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager and employer are very supportive in me completing my course.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My assessor is very good. We meet every 2 weeks and she is there asking if i am ok atleast once per week. She assesses my work at times out of her working day and is always there to support me

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has allowed me to incorporate knowledge in to practice.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

My work often put on professional training courses. The is to work alongside my qualification as well as to improve my knowledge further. It enables me to build networks within the company.
