Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Home care worker, going into people in their own homes to help with any tasks needed , could be personal care or household tasks. We deal with clients who are enablement and not long been discharged from hospital so we are also there to promote independence as much as possible. They have care with us for up to 6 weeks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the English learning and maths learning this has helped me to pass my exams.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot more around the background of the care industry, people who we need to go to for help ie: doctors, nurses . Physios, salt team, it has been an eye opener on how many services are actually available

Very well organised and structured, very clear on how to navigate on the bud system and complete tasks set

As much as needed. Sometimes not enough but overall a great company to work for

My training provider was very supportive and always there when I had any questions that needed answering.

Very well with a much greater knowledge now this helps
