Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I also worked on a competitor research project detailing services other companies offer that Lloyds could focus on relating to Fin-techs, Post-Covid support and online banking services.
I would also work on the monthly creation of pay-day emails, helping to support and educate customers on ways to save and reduce debt when they receive their pay-check, working alongside external agencies to make sure the emails drafted were up to the appropriate standards and mailed to the correct people.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Conducting the content gap analysis and gaining insights into the high degree of market research and segmentation of customers helped me to deepen my marketing acumen in ways I had not anticipated before.
I've also learnt a lot about Fin-techs and the way start-ups are impacting the financial services industry.
