The Overall Rating is the average of all the ratings given in each category. We take those individual ratings and combine them into one final score!
Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I receive my jobs daily and they can vary in complexity and location. We generally work in pairs within my role and we are responsible for all safety of ourselves and others while performing our duties.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
The buddying side of it was good to be out seeing what we were learning about in class.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
But the programme itself was all good.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
They will help with everything you can imagine. Time off for training, if i needed some extra time to work on my NVQ they would create an absence so i could go home and work. The patch leads and senior engineers were always on hand to help any way they could.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
They will help with everything you can imagine. Time off for training, if i needed some extra time to work on my NVQ they would create an absence so i could go home and work. The patch leads and senior engineers were always on hand to help any way they could.
The apprenticeship assessors were always available to call for help and advice, and would call us up to correct us.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Would you recommend BT Group to a friend?
