Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
i therefore am able to open accounts such as banking, savings, credit cards and give quotations on home insurance
i am also able to service customers with their accounts and do transactions and be able to help them via a different channel too such as the taking calls from the branch which i diverted to us from customer services.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
in terms of the apprenticeship i have learnt to write great pieces of work in detail, i have also managed to learn how to present my work in different forms such as powerpoint. being confident in how i present and express myself in huddles and meetings too.
