I help and support project managers with running and tracking their projects. I track things like milestones, governance, record management, meetings, packs and finances. I also work to generate a Great Place to Work.

I found the Programme really helpful and well adjusted to covid 19 and working from home.

4/5
I have developed many skills including excel and public speaking.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
NatWest carried out all of their organisation to the best of their abilities. However, BPP could improve in a variety of places including, organisation as a few webinars did not go ahead or we were not told that they were cancelled.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer was amazing and I had no doubt that my apprenticeship came first no matter what. I knew that I could speak to anyone and ask questions with out feeling worried to do so.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The documentation provided was to a high level and helped explain exactly what was needed to achieve both a pass or distinction.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification suits what I do in my role to a T. I can relate every aspect of the course to something that I do or am involved with.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are loads, from apprentice councils, great place to work activities, volunteering days, climate change support and challenges designed to develop your skills in ways you didn't know were possible.
