5/5

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I haven't properly started yet. I feel it will help fill any knowledge gaps of things that I am unsure of. It also has a required course embedded that a lot of my co-workers have been required to take to do their role of the diploma in lending skills. I am excited to see what new things I will learn through the apprenticeship. I have already ordered my textbooks.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there is lots to get involved in. I have signed up for a few. E.g. Mystery meet-ups and working on the Diversity and Inclusion Team. There are many more.
