Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
On my day-to-basis I have to carry out several roles including making payments for customers, giving them balances, making internal transfers for them between their accounts and implementing dyks for the bank such as offering mortgages and loans to customers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my programme as it allows me to look at what I have done throughout my day-to-day role and reflect on it to make me understand what I do during the day and how much I have learnt

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt how to deal with customer objection handling massively and how to take complaints for customers. My efficiency as a person has improved as I am always focused on achieving goals and meeting targets and becoming more confident as a person

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My programme is fairly structured. I have 1.20 hours every two weeks to either complete work or watch webinars. Then I also have extra time to have meetings with my coach where we can discuss the missions ahead.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
From my employer the support is great, the time is always made available to me whenever I need it even on short notice and my manager is always present at meetings to see how I am getting on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My training provider gives me a lot of support whenever I need it, whenever I ask them for support, they are always there to give me advice. my coach explains everything on my 1-1s to make sure I am fully aware.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
my qualification allows me to understand my role better and be better prepared for the future in order to confront new challenges as I am always self-reflecting to see where I can improve.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
when we came out of lockdown we were able to do activities out of work such as meeting up for social meetings to interact with the team but with covid that has become difficult. Now what we usually do is quiz nights via zoom
