Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a mechanical fitter and currently working on a submarine which involves removing and fitting pipes and other components within the submarine
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy quite a lot of the work but some of it can be tedious and not so engaging

I have learnt many new skills coming into my first job and my first insight of engineering

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We moved around 4 sections every 3 months and 3 section every 4 motnhs in the second and third year. It is mainly well structured

I have struggled with mental health and have received some extent of support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Our apprenticeship manager provides us help with our coursework when marking it and if we have any struggles.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Ask lots of questions get knuckled down on the course work not letting it get on top of you as it is a hard hole to get out of
