I am now on purple shift and shadow [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]. We maintain lines 1,3 and 4 and also the syrup room.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my time at Britvic a lot, however college is a drag but its necessary and so I accept that it is what needs to be done.

I receive help when needed. due to being on hnc the help is supposed to be more limited however I receive more than enough.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't really feel that I use that much of what I learn at college, at work. I feel most of my engineering experience and knowledge comes from on the job work.
