To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy working in such a fast-paced environment, which allows me to learn from industry experts and gain so much knowledge from them. I also receive lots of training and opportunities to further my development.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been able to learn a great deal about different software, the industry regulations and how I can follow them within my role.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the programme is good and the role requires a need to learn things in an organised manner. I am able to learn different modules and activities in a structured way which helps me to gain a solid understanding of my job role and responsibilities.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive regular training and support from my manager mentor and peers daily.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The college regularly catch up with me and make sure that I am developing with my learning. I also have access to online learning tools to help with this.

I am able to relate the learning from my engineering to the machinery that I work on which is useful to my learning and my use of machinery at work.

There are many different groups that you can get evolved with depending on your interests. I feel that this is something that AstraZeneca excels at.
