Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
1. To read the Geopin and GeoHub maps.
2. To read a job pack, to know where the node is and where the cbt's are going.
3. I have learnt how to put a trailer on and drive it to the job.
4. I have learnt how to do a full van check.
5. I have learnt a lot on how to use devices such as a computer.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
1. Apply for the job immediately and be yourself in the interview process.
2. Listen carefully when in training as its a lot to take in.
3. Look after your kit and devices.
4. Be ready to travel a long way for your training and daily work activities (I currently travel just under 2 hours each way).
5. Enjoy it.
