What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was presented in a structured and well organised manner. It was easy to follow and understand the business and the roles available. The presenters were clearly introduced and they provided an in depth description of their role and the business environment.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was BRILLIANT!! I loved the atmosphere and the relationship between the graduate recruitment team and the trainees as well as the solicitors. The firm value the wellbeing of their employees and host events and activities to maintain the wellbeing of their staff. Their Pro Bono work is truly INSPIRING and the firm encourage secondary specialisation which suggests the opportunity the firm offers to its employees.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I truly enjoyed the insight programme! The culture was amazing, you can feel it radiating from the screen. It was above and beyond how I expected it to be. The fact that it was virtual didn't affect the quality of the insight programme.
