I am a relationship manager for SME customers. Day to day, I renew loans, solve customer issues, and overview clients to ensure they recieve any financial help they need
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, it fits well with my BAU role and compliments the job. However, the apprenticeship is very demanding alongside a fulltime job

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned about commercial banking on a LC and SME scale, conducted financial model reviews, renewed loan, worked closely with credit functions, developed my technical and interpersonal skills

It's well organized and structured, by as previously mentioned it is extremely demanding alongside a full time job
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer full supports the apprenticeship, ensuring I have the required time off and can get involved in what I need to for the apprenticeship

My talent coach and lecturer both support me, and answer any questions I have
