Day to day I was interacting with customers and repairing customer lines and installing new lines for customers.i was responsible for providing a goo dservice as im representing openreach and all work I had done had to be done to a top standard
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy all aspects of the program and my job I love the job because its never the same thing every day brings something new to me and I enjoy the independence

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt new skills before this job I could never see my self as a hands on person but this has completely changed me I also understand how telephone ines run work and how we maintain them I now have a level 2 qualification in telecommunication.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

my program was very organised and sturcutred in a very good way I believe my assessor helped it keep well structured by setting goals and plent of notice for days we were going to go through things

I couldn't ask for a better tutor he helped me get over the finish line when I thought I wouldn't

I think massively my program has helped me understand the job a lot more as we would go right in to depth of everything that we would have to do
