Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I work in HR dealing with employee issues and Training.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoyed learning about employment law and meeting new people, I have managed to develop a network with people in similar job roles, which is great for some advice.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I feel I have improved on my personal and professional skills. I have added to my development in employment law.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
I felt the CIPD side of it was very well organized, the Arch side not so much. A year in to the program I was still completing Math's and English exam with no support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My Franchisee and supervisor were extremely supportive with my time completing the Apprenticeship and also ensuring to help build on my experiences by giving me more tasks to complete relating to my Apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Avado were very supportive unlike Arch who were very hard to contact. Also completing Maths and English exam's and the only local place to you is 145 miles away. Expensive on a personal level, my tutor from Arch was very unhelpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel I know more about my job role and have been given more responsibility.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
My work place would normally host social activities but due to Covid we haven't been able to organize these type of events for over a year.
