On the plus side they have all been helpful, On the end of the phone whenever I need them to help me understand what im doing with my work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
There is the fun football project. This is when your store creates a football team and you play matches against other stores. This helps create better relationships with your colleges.
Another thing you can get involved in is RMHC. You can support or fundraise for McDonald’s chosen charity, RMHC.

McDonald’s is a very accepting community and we have a lot of different personality’s working within the company!
We understand if you are shy / nervous! This is totally okay! Try it out and give it a go!
There will be challenges along the way but that will happen anywhere! Ask for help if needed and take it as it comes!
