Steph Jones really helped me develop my confidence the most and was always so reassuring to me that the work i had done was great and that i could achieve whatever grade i desired!

I learnt things that i did not know before and i feel knowledge is power so taking this into the workplace allows me to benefit not only the organisation and operations but it empowers other around me as i teach them more

Why?
They’re supportive and help get so much more out of work. I always thought Mcdonald’s was going to be a part time job whilst at work but it was allowed me to develop so much that i can’t see myself leaving anymore!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
Make sure you leave enough balance between work and your social life but also be ready to get stuck right in
