Assisting senior associates with client work. Being involved with client calls and taking ownership of certain areas of the audit.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The people an overall atmosphere was lovely however the working hours can be tough when you first start. You could be working 30 hours overtime but you do get paid. This won't always be the case unless you are unlucky with the client you get.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have really learnt how organise my time as you can be given a lot of work depending on how intense your client is or if there is a deadline which is tight. There is also a lot of independent learning but making sure you ask for help is a must.

Decent structure however it was harder with the online experience

I was lucky and received great support from peers, however some haven't been as lucky. Its really dependent.
