Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Helping working in a team learning how to run the day to day operations whilst gaining knowledge and experience in a field in interested in. I can easily study whilst working and ask questions to further expand my learning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I throughly enjoy the program as I get to learn in an environment I fee comfortable and confident in growing my skills and knowledge. And being challenged with different tasks each shift to push my development to the next step

I have learnt how to build and develop my confidence within my work. As well as learning how to have bold conversations and developing my teamwork and communication skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It has a great structure of a Level 3 qualification first to help me settle into the program and ensure I’m in the best possible position for the degree program
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my business manager to the managers around me and my culture and well being manager along with my franchise. We all look at my progress and where I can improve and how to get the best out of my apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received a lot of help with them any questions I have are answered quickly and are really helpful. And they’ll always help me to push myself to get the best possible work and grades
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It’s helped me gain a greater understanding of my role as an assistant manager to not only help benefit the business but also help benefit the people I work with so I can pass my knowledge on and help the people around me grow.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I always get involved with the crew events and help with different systems to help the store be the fullest potential

If you need help from anyone, speak up because no one is going to know how your feeling if you don’t speak up. And if you need any help with anything I’ll always help or guide you through anything
