Trainer lost my test results, hardly respond back and this lead to longer courses.

Just having a diploma. Everything else I knew before as I have much better degree.

Why?
Not appreciation of workers. Too much presure and not good career advancement. Some management has very poor attitude.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
Dont stay long and don't let other to let your self esteem down! Even better : run!
