Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
2/5
I work with a team daily and we have to analyse and test the figures in the financial statements to give an opinion on it. The experiences vary a lot depending which team you are on, and the job and the hours.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The programme was great as university enabled us to have more time to revise properly, rather than having to work and study at the same time. I also met really lovely people at university and I was able to work with them also, so this was good.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes I have learned to be more confident, as initially I got nervous answering questions to my seniors.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Quite well, as we have a guaranteed job afterwards and only have 3 exams for ACA left after graduating.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
We receive quite a lot of support and when I had problems I did had people to go to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
The training was ok
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
There's a lot of opportunities to progress and work more.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes there are many events to get involved in at each office, and also social events e.g. Christmas Party.
