Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I was allocated to a client in audit and I joined a team, we conducted testing on FSLIs and had daily catch ups.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The teams I worked with made the job a lot of fun, we had scheduled time to have some down time and the team was as helpful as they could be. This met my expectations.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have become more confident in talking to people and learned to communicate more clearly and concisely. As well as gathering a better understanding of how to test FSLIs and how they impact the financial statements.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it's well structured in that uni and work is balanced, the work can sometimes be a little overwhelming but the team is good at helping out and making sure you can cope.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager made sure that he was always available, when i needed help i would send him a message and he would always reply in a timely manner.

There were frequent extra-curricular activities, from curry night, to desk yoga there was something available for most people.
