Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The Insight Week involved workshop, trainee q&a panels, introduction to employee networks, trainee spotlight sessions and other masterclasses.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Excellent and informative sessions were provided about next steps stemming from the insight week and we were able to learn more about pro bono projects as well as more about what the firm provides, in terms of its services and its values.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Really fun! We had some music playing and everyone was extremely friendly so it was an extremely comfortable, social and fulfilling experience of DLA Piper's culture.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
A great extent - I felt comfortable straight away and learning more about the firm (with some jokes from the panelists) made everything fulfilling! Further, learning about the firm, its services, values and culture really made everything enjoyable so I would highly recommend the insight week!
