Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Overall, my experience with NatWest is a great one! As a Structured Finance intern, we get to do two rotation in different teams. Alongside assisting with the day-to-day task of the team, we also attend training and development sessions organised by the bank.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

The people in NatWest are very friendly and supportive, they willingly take their time out to answer any questions you have. It was an amazing experience learning more about the business.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Generally, the culture in NatWest is amazing. The people are friendly, supportive and respectful. There is also a learning culture in the firm where people helps you to develop skills and knowledge you need for the job and also for the future.
