Start work, you will have certain tasks to carry out on steel which you will have a drawing that will guide you on how it needs fabricating.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i do not enjoy my role, reasoning very robot like and repetitive.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt how to read a drawing, use a gas cutter, welder and how to mark steel out to be fabricated.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

i feel i didn't do much learning with a tutor before they fast tracked me to doing day to day work. which made me look like i wasn't putting in much effort, but it was mainly because i didn't know what i was doing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i feel i receive mainly support from workers on the shop floor .
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5 due to college days have being taken off us sometimes when needing to complete work, but 10/10 at college as work is always completed.
