I am a team leader here to motation my college's i work with on a daily basis making sure we all communicate and get the work done to a high standard in which the store upholds deling with cash office paperwork and change overs , daily tasks of the store
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At the moment in time due to commitments outside of work and family issues i havent been able to drive into the course as yet but [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] has been extremely help really gone beyond her job role to make me comfortable and has helped throught some tough times and has made sure that my well being comes first

Why?
Because the store 1516 are a tight family we all work to high standards and help each other out , and managerment have always there to support you in any needs required and help any peronsal situations in which you could have and are extremly flexible
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland Frozen Foods?
Thats it a great company to work for there lots of supports to delvolp with the company
