To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
For the cooking side of things, i have never done cooking like that before- so it was a real eye opener to see how dishes are made and where the ingredients come from. Not only that but my confidence has grown along the way, i was always quite nervous when first attending chefs academy but now feel more comfortable and confident with what I’m doing.
In terms of the apprenticeship side it has helped me to become more organised with my work.
