Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Each Day is different. The focus of the spring week is to give you an insight into how Deutche bank works and how they incorporate technology into banking. You had the chance to speak with new grads, MD and other employees aswell as getting hands on with some of the new technology
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There was a wide range of Graduate jobs on offer at the bank but the spring week was a stepping stone into the assessment centre for the summer internship which would hopefully turn into a grad job

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
While I was there they gave good tips on how to conduct yourself during an assessment Centre, there was also a lot of team building exercises as well as a few technical workshops to improve your technical skills

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture and atmosphere was very welcoming at the bank. Everyone was an open book about the type of work that they were doing and what it was like to work there.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
The insight was very enjoyable. It’s was jam packed so you were never bored. There was also a lot of time to chat with other interns and get to know people at the bank
