I'm an IT Apprentice that works in a data analytics role. Due to the rotation-based nature of the scheme, I get to choose another 4 roles that I will work in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - lots! Data analytics, presentations, team work, public speaking - to name a few.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Good induction, training opportunities, support and plenty of consideration for study time
How much support do you receive from your employer?

When I have needed support, it has been readily available and in abundance. I don't feel like I have to 'suffer in silence'
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

MMU hasn't been great with support for students. We've largely been left to our own devices and when we do have contact time, it isn't very engaging or inspiring. When I've raised issues with my tutor, they have been dismissed; I do not feel like I am being listened to
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

So far, I don't feel like I've learnt anything that I can directly apply to work; it's generally the other way around - I learn things in work that help me succeed in my qualifications.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes - there are lots of social activities. I also participate in events such as careers fairs.

Focus everything towards the company values, and try to bring out any past experience (e.g. work experience) during the application process.
