I believe my programme is well structured and very organised, as I was given information on how the apprenticeship process works.

I feel that I get the full support that I need and I know that I have a large range of people who I can go to for help and support, along with the great well being resources that ComputaCenter provide.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
We have currently had one or two sessions with our training provider, however we already have more that are booked in and know that we will get support and help in the future. As I am fairly new to the programme, it has only been recently that I have been introduced to my training provider.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualifications will go towards both my maths and english, along with my overall understanding of the business and how it works. I feel so far that our training has been very relevant and will definitely benefit us when doing our role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are several different activities which I know I can be involved in and I have already signed up for several at this time. Moving forwards, I plan on doing these often and we have spoken to the coordinators of these events and how we can take part in them.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Computacenter to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I feel that Computacenter has a great community of people, is very centred on the wellbeing of both their customers and staff and I feel that it is a great place to work. Not only this, but the overall success of Computacenter means that it has become a large company within the last several years and is constantly expanding and improving.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
When applying for my Computacenter role I felt I may be underqualified for the position and would find it hard, however upon receiving the role and getting into my training I have found that Computacenter has made it incredibly easy to settle in and learn on the job so that I am not overwhelmed or confused by my work. I also know that there are people I can look to for support and this definitely helps.
