Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
•processing of delivery and invoice discrepancies to ensure timely resolution
•Efficient, prompt and accurate standard order entry and in accordance with Customer specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and requirements as documented in the Customer Knowledge Database
•Due Date Management – Responsible for updating due dates in CC SAP system and ongoing management
•Enable high customer satisfaction through effective (first time right) and efficient processing of orders
