Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
I thoroughly enjoy my programme and the university study that comes with it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Learnt how to operate the clean line and how to process parts through the fpi line, how to run checks on the fpi line, downloaded software that allows me to learn about UT methods.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It is well organised, there have been challenges with structure due to the covid pandemic but the company has handled it well and I always have sufficient amounts of work to do.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
lots, training, mental health line, catch ups and review meetings.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
most of the course is self learning but the support is there should I need it and there are lots of readily available resources to assist the self learning
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
you cannot carry out the full process or make any evaluations until you are level 3 qualified or have your work checked by a level 3 so the qualification will allow us to move into and fulfil our positions once we finish the apprenticeship.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
lots of social activities (not during covid times), regular BINDT meetings on zoom and lots of social events during study weeks.
