Everything is always a work in progress they are always looking to improve. There was a steep learning curve due to having to work around COVID but now I am 5 months in, I would say the structure is very clear and things seem to be organised.

As they are teaching the degree I get my fundamental understanding through them, which is then built on with the support of the business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

On my site we have an Apprentice Association which includes apprentices, graduates and interns and they organise social events and sports teams etc.
