To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I am enjoying my apprenticeship programme, I find the workshop content and the assignments very interesting and I enjoy learning about all the other areas in HR besides Resourcing.
Under the current circumstances the programme has had to be delivered differently to the normal, all via webinars. Great that Crosby has been able to adapt and the programme still go ahead but I imagine it would of been a different experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I'm currently studying my L5 HR Consultancy Apprenticeship through M&B which is great as it is broadening my knowledge and understanding in HR on the whole.
I have attended internal training courses whilst working at M&B - Presenting Successfully, Business Influencing Skills, Insights workshop, Resilience Workshop and handling difficult conversations.
Learning everyday new elements of my role.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is very well organised and structured, you attend a workshop online and then have 6 weeks to complete the assignment. Also the programme includes progress reviews with my Lead Tutor and my Manager which is really beneficial to have that time whilst being on furlough and not getting that face to face time.
The programme can be flexible as well to suit individuals needs, mine has been extended because I'm on furlough.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
This one is really difficult to answer as myself and my whole team is on furlough and has been for the entire duration of my apprenticeship programme. My manager has attended all of my progress reviews and given me support when needed but under the circumstances I haven't reached out to other members of the HR team or my manager that much as I have just been getting on with it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I receive support from my lead tutor during our progress reviews and I know if I need any help with assignments or have a question, my lead tutor is always there to support. I find my progress reviews really helpful with touching base and making sure I am on track with my apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Difficult question to answer as I am on furlough and have been throughout the duration of my apprenticeship. I can see what benefits it will have when I do return to my role and apply these. Looking forward to putting my learning into practice on my return to working at M&B.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Lots of extra curricular activities usually to get involved in when there isn't a pandemic. I climbed Scafell Pike as part of a charity event through work. We have a social committee in place that arranges social events, pay day drinks, days out and other fun activities around the office.
