I used these skills In my apprenticeship at RR and developed them further as I progressed. I had never used a CNC machine, CNC programming, lathe or milling machine prior to RR so these were all new skills and was very interesting to learn these skills.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
Recommendations & Advice
Would you recommend Rolls-Royce to a friend?
Why?
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
If you don't get in the first time keep trying, its definitely worth it. Don't worry if you feel like you aren't good enough, if you are keen and hard working they will provide you with everything you need to go far.
Usually if you get through to interviews they will give you a training pack, REVISE THIS! You will not blag your way through these interviews.
