I manage a team of field supervisors. Our teams responsibilities are assessments / risk assessments, medication management, compliance. My other duties involve dealing with staff management, concerns or complaints investigation and care planning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Programme was challenging to complete, especially since I had not completed any academic work in the past few years however, tutor was always available to support
