Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend PwC to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I think PwC offers a great working environment. Even though it was my first real job and I am only a 2nd year university student, everyone made me feel comfortable in performing complex testing and trusted my skills and my capabilities. Everyone at PwC is really approachable and friendly which makes it easy to ask questions which helped me enhance my knowledge. Honestly, i really enjoyed working with everyone at PwC on my first placement.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
I would advice them to be confident and speak up, in the interview. I would advice them to study PwC's professional framework which covers 5 key attributes: Whole Leadership, Business Acumen, Technical and Digital, Global and Inclusive and Relationships. This framework is crucial to PwC. Also, I would advise them to be themselves. Everyone at PwC is really friendly therefore I would advise them not to worry and try to relax and enjoy it as much as possible.
